      • Helen was gracious to teach me some very valuable visualizing techniques to help me go through a stressful period. I have been using these techniques for a week plus now and it has brought me a sense of serenity and peace every time I need to use it. My sleep has also improved in leaps and bounds. Helen is kind-hearted and has a great personality with empathy and kindness as the rock she stands on.         I have been lucky enough to have had a few coaching sessions from “Mrs Toffee” (and yes, I know all about the nickname, and the honour behind its bestowing), and use some of the tools on a daily basis.

        I am calm because I can do simple things to take me back to being calm, even when dealing with very difficult and emotional times.

        I would say ‘do yourself a favour, and at least take the start session’ but it is a favour to you, your partner, your colleagues and everyone with whom you interact, including chopnuts and twonks, because if you are being calm with chopnuts and twonks, you are keeping yourself in a happier place as well.

        Given the fact that you can keep on using the tools for ever… and ever… and ever they are really good value for money, delivered by one of the kindest, nicest people I have met.Firstly Helen should be called “Patience”.         I am so so so grateful and glad that I made the move to take the training. This program matched what I have learned and read about psychology, EQ, etc, all these years (I was a psychology major in college but I switched, and I still enjoy reading and learning a lot of psychology-related topics from time to time). I

        I’ve struggled with psychological issues for 15+ years, there are things I knew that may be wrong but quite clueless about how to deal with. There were many things (therapy, medication, etc) that I’ve tried but the effect was not significant or long-lasting enough. I was really surprised at how simple yet profound the techniques Helen taught were. Just after the first session, my spouse and I both noticed a big change in how I view myself and deal with certain emotions that haunted me previously. It is an understatement to say that the quality of my personal life has improved tremendously (and immediately).

      • As someone who prefers to be quite stoic, I had actually become a little lost as a recent victim of trauma. I had already walked away from the typical counselling route when I contacted Helen but wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. I was then rather blown away when Helen coached me through a technique, giving me the safety and structure needed to revisit and reframe the experience. The trauma is less traumatic to me now – a result indeed.

        I walked away with new skills – not only relevant to this specific past event, but skills that can be used in the future.

        Helen, and what she does, comes fully recommended by me.

        PS – there is no need to divulge personal information in the session, should you not wish to – on the other hand, Helen clearly has well-developed listening ear, just so you know.

Effectively delivered through video conferencing, Helen offers a framework for visualising emotional states and how to control and transition them to more positive and relaxed feelings. Very useful!
