You will receive a reminder by email the day before your appointment. If there is any problem please let us know in good time. We will accept a reschedule for live training or coaching if you inform us 24 hours before your appointment.
What do I have to do to prepare?
You should prepare by making sure you are in a quiet, private place where you will not be disturbed. You will need both hands free, but note taking and written activities are not required. That is all you have to do to be prepared.
